Product Description:

KGM12200GS plateau type three folding arm arch frame trolley is a high-performance specialized equipment developed by Changsha Keda Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. for high-altitude, low oxygen environment and complex geological tunnel construction. This device integrates mechanical, electro-hydraulic, and intelligent control, and is widely used for arch installation operations in railway, highway, water conservancy tunnels, and other engineering projects, especially suitable for the construction conditions of the three-step method.

1. Three level folding arm structure design
Adopting a folding arm structure consisting of a first stage arm, a second stage arm, and a third stage arm, the arm frames are linked by hydraulic cylinders, providing a wide range of deployment and high flexibility. It can achieve multi angle and multi posture arch positioning in a narrow three-step space. The end of the arm frame is equipped with an automatic arch support adjustment device, which detects the horizontal and vertical angles of the arch frame in real time through high-precision inclination sensors, achieving automatic calibration of the arch frame posture.

2. Plateau adaptability design
Equipped with a high-altitude dedicated engine and hydraulic system, it can operate stably in low temperature and low oxygen environments above 3500 meters. The hydraulic system adopts low-temperature anticoagulant hydraulic oil and intelligent temperature control module to ensure smooth operation in extreme environments.

3. Intelligent control system
Integrated PID control algorithm, real-time feedback of boom posture through tilt sensors (installed on each stage of the boom), achieving dynamic self balancing adjustment. The control system adopts an electronic control handle and a human-machine interaction interface, supporting three modes: manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic, reducing operational difficulty and labor intensity.

By using tilt sensors and PID control (patented technology), real-time compensation is provided for arch tilt caused by uneven excavation surfaces, ensuring that arch installation meets design parameters (horizontal error ≤± 1 °, vertical error ≤± 0.5 °).

3. Reduce temporary support and manual intervention
